Raphia Paris orders are carefully prepared and shipped from France.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at the time of order.
Raphia Paris also ships internationally. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and indicated when you confirm your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
For models available for pre-order, manufacturing times are indicated directly on the product page.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after receipt to submit a return request.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
After receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the order.

Shipping methods and times:
– Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
– Europe: 4 to 7 business days
– International: 6 to 12 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
RETURNS
We hope you like your Raphia headband.
If not, you have 14 days after receipt to return it.
Return conditions:
– The product must not have been worn
– It must be returned in its original packaging
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
To make a return, contact us with your order number.
Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will issue a refund to the payment method used.
